1. Laser quenching is rapid heating, self-excited oscillation refrigeration, without furnace heat insulation and freezing liquid quenching. It is a zero-pollution, low-carbon and environmentally friendly heat treatment method, which can be easily implemented to carry out uniform quenching on the surface of large and medium-sized mold shells.



2. Because the laser heating speed is faster, the thermal hazard area is small, and the surface scanner is heated and quenched, that is, partial heating and quenching in an instant, so the deformation of the processed mold is not large.



3. Because the beam angle of the laser beam is not large and has a very good orientation, it can accurately perform partial quenching on the surface of the system mold shell according to the light guide.


4. The depth of the hardened bottom layer of laser surface quenching is generally 0.3 to 1.5 mm.
