Table below shows the cutting section effect of 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel when nitrogen and air are used as auxiliary gases. It can be seen from Table below that when nitrogen is used as auxiliary gas, the section presents a silvery luster, while air is used as auxiliary gas. When the gas is in, the cross section is pale yellow.
